I did not get the results I was promised on a a/c and ductwork install. I called, texted, begged and pleaded from May 1st until August for completion. I even lowered my expectations hoping for some level of resolution. My wife and I waited around on numerous occasions for a promised appointment but we're stood up over and over. No resolution was ever received and A1 Air Care will no longer return my calls or texts. I would never trust them to do a big job for me again. Furthermore, I've never written a bad review on anyone and find it very difficult to do so now. But I don't think I've ever been this dissatisfied. Since I cannot get a return call I felt compelled to make others aware. Norman and Shawn - I'm sorry I had to post this. I thought I could depend on you to resolve this.
