The delivery was after 6:30 pm, it started raining in my area at 6:00 pm, I waited all day and requested for a morning or afternoon delivery. This request was turned down. This is a business and should be able to allow a morning or afternoon delivery base on past practices. I lost a complete day of leave for nothing and the delivery ARRIVED AFTER I GOT OFF WORK. I would have made it home and been there for 1 hour on the time my sod was delivered. I would recommend that a Morning of Afternoon be given this is just unsatisfactory delivery service. I will not let rain be an excuse because it did not started raining until after normal business hours. If you have another Sod location use them because one Stop has a Poor Delivery Performance for SOD. Trying to be fair the Driver was nice, the Sod was excellent, The DELIVERY SERVICE IS VERY POOR.
