disappointing and untrustworthy, the gym itself is good and the sales rep was real convincing about giving me a good deal the time i was signing up for a month to month pay deal. i originally wanted a 1 year no contract deal but they refuse and discourage that (they really want to lock you in). used the membership for about 5 or 6 months and tried canceling. they told me i would pay $290 to get out of the contract on top of the $30 a month i already paid. i asked and the counter girl actually told me the normal 1 year price was less and they essentially took more money from me. they also recommended freezing the account so it wouldn't charge you but it only goes through after it charges you for 1 more month and then resets so your not saving any money its just delaying payments so it still doesn't help if you want to cancel do NOT trust the sales rep. They're desperate for a sale and will actually avoid questions you have and over hype deals with loopholes just to lock you in that moment and charge you much more money down the road if this review helps save some people from wasting an unnecessary few hundreds of dollars i'm happy to help
