4 Rivers Smokehouse

One of my favorite barbecue places. Apparently started out as a small Hometown BBQ joint and now is a chain of 14 restaurants . I have been going there for a number of years. I think they have stayed true to their down home BBQ Roots. I have sensed very little change in the operation, and I have been to a number of them. My favorite is still the original just because of the memories there. I especially like the outdoor seating when the weather is nice. Great place for kids, lots of seating on outside benches. Great Dessert case. Super nice people preparing and serving food. High speed, but not weirded out from the stress. They'll give you more than a few seconds to look at the board make up your mind. You can practically pick anything, it'll be good. My favorite of the burnt ends and the mini sliders.
