911 Phone Fix / Total Wireless

Horrible experience, my husband took our 2 iPhones in, a 6plus and a 7 plus, the 7 plus was unlocked with a boosted chipped, all we asked was to fix the screens, not only did the fix the screens but also factory reset both phones, no one asked anyone to reset the phones, when asked why the phones where reset, they stated it is a courtesy to reset the phones, the reason why it’s a big deal to us, that the phone was reset is because they reset the phone while it had a booster chip in it, they are a phone place they knew what they where doing, they reset my phone so they could wipe out the chip, so that we would have to pay them to unlock the phone, the worker in there who looks like he takes steroids told me go to where i unlocked the phone, after i explained my phone was unlocked in New York. Horrible service they don’t deserve a star only reason why we didn’t go to our regular place Dr. Phone Fix, who has fixed my iPhone 7 twice and didn’t reset my chip, was because they were close! The price you pay for not being patient. We paid 170 dollars for repairs and now have to pay another 100 just to use my phone again!!!!!!!!
