Being a Snowbird, I needed a place where I could have my car repaired and leave with that confident feeling that it was fixed properly. The service manager, Chris, was friendly and listened to my husband's concerns about the feel and sound of the transmission. They performed a thorough inspection and determined that the idler pulley was the only thing that needed replacement. No pressure to up-sell or over charge for things not asked to be inspected. We would definitely return again!
