After Irma, we had a large portion of the biggest black olive break off and land on my power lines. Now this is one of the strangest series of events I have ever been exposed to.
The power line was still connected. I had power. I called LCEC to let them know.2 1/2 weeks later they show up.
They didn't remove the downed tree, they took the power line.
No, I am NOT making this up.
Now, we are without power
I called Mario and he had a team there that evening.
They were prompt, friendly, and professional even though it was obvious that they were exhausted.
I can't recommend them enough
