Owner is extremely rude. His answer to all complaints is, "customer's lying". We paid a lot of money for a fence that folded over during a hurricane three months later. Also, read your contract. This wise guy goes word by word in the contract. If there's something wrong with the fence, but that issue isn't expressed in the contract...you're screwed.
