Ace Leak Detection

This is a good Investment for anyone that has a suspension your pool might be leaking. Seth found two leaks, one was in a pipe running from the skimmer and the other was in our pool tile. Once we had them both fixed and Seth came out to re-pressure test; this was included in the initial payment. When he did this, he said there was still a little something off so he put me in contact with the Owner Bill. Bill was great to talk to and provided recommendations for a pool resurface, which is something I inquired about. He said the best time to come out and test for the 3rd time was when the pool was empty (and b/c I was going to resurface, he knew it would be emptied sometime in the near future). He came out 6 months after my initial leak detection, which is technically outside of the 90 day window specified in the contract, but he honored his commitment and came out free of charge. He gave me the green light to move forward with my pool resurface and said my main drain is good to go and holding pressure. Bill said something very important…the customer is always right; I really appreciate his business ethic and would recommend Bill/Ace Leak Detection. Please note, Seth is no longer with the company, but I would still use Ace again. Thank you, Abby
