Total rip off. Trailers are overpriced dumps that have been patched up and made to look nice. Lot rental has no max, and increases $10 annually. Water meters are not read to give tenants an accurate bill. Water, sewage and trash fees are outrageous! No way to turn off water to individual lots. When the main water pipe into my meter broke in the night and gushed water for more than 12 hours (I was charged for all that water that ran down the street and sewage also) the entire parks water had to be turned off for me to repair the broken pipe. Park rules are not enforced or "stretched" to accommodate special circumstances with any consistency.
