They say lifetime warranty and that they will come out and fix any problems you have with your blinds/shades. Chris Watt, the owner, does not honor this guarantee. I have called numerous times and left messages as well as emails about problems with my shades. He does not return calls or reply to emails. I see that a previous reviewer threatened legal action which sounds like the route I will have to take to get his attention. Would not recommend this company.
