This review is based on 2 experiences. Early this year (2017) I had Alberto Alvarez, the owner of AGY Pavers & Granite do repairs on our 6-8 year old pavers. He is a young man in his 20s who had a great crew, fair price, and I was very pleased with the repair work which included cutting out large roots underneath that were pushing up through the pavers. I have no idea who "Alex" is in the previous review.
I told Alberto I'd call when I was ready to have the pavers sanded and sealed. I was so confident in his ability to provide the right crew to do the job that he would have had the job had he only returned my calls, texts, and emails. I continued to try to contact him for over a month, off and on. I wanted him for the job. I even asked him, in one message, to just call me and tell me if he's too busy and tell me if he doesn't want the job. NO CALL ever was received from him. He could easily call, text, or email me since he has all my information.
So, first review would be 5 stars. Second review based on unresponsiveness is 1 star. Average - 3 stars.
Where are you Alberto? You have such potential. I had hoped for the same professionalism you exhibited the first time we met.
