All Brands Appliance

My experience with All Brands has been terrible. I have AHS, so I have to use them. I have a broken microwave (over the stove). The repairman came and said it needed a part. It took over two weeks to get the part and the company never called to say it was in. I had been calling every other day. When the part came in he came to install it and then told me it was something else and that it was on him, because he never checked the front of the microwave. This repairman spent more time taking pictures of the microwave and sending them to someone to advise him. Anyone I speak to at this place is rude. You wait on hold for ever. Then they ask you to leave you name and number and NOBODY gets back to you. Terrible experience and I still have a broken microwave.
