I would not recommend this company to anyone. They did not communicate effectively with my complex, leaving me out of my home for an extra day. They ruined my mattress thus voiding the 10-year warranty after only 4 months of owning it, and only offered a 10% discount on service. The company never returned within the 2-week window to retreat or inspect. This was all particularly difficult considering they are closed all weekend. Pests don't work on a M-F 8-5 schedule. I was unable to reenter my apartment until a Friday afternoon and when I had complications, could not reach the company until Monday morning.
