Customer service is terrible. My cooler was missing the temperature probe. Should be an easy one to fix right? Wrong. After multiple phone calls, and emails, I am no closer to getting the missing probe. The last conversation ended with the tech support guy admitting that he has no idea what or how the probe is connected to the cooler. When I asked him to find someone in the company that actually knows the answer, he put me on hold for 5 minutes then hung up. And... now they are closed so yea, what a waste of a day. Such an easy thing too... All they have to do is send me the missing probe! I do not recommend.
