Not happy. Walked in and waited 5 minutes for someone to walk up to the counter counter everyone was in the back talking and hanging out.. the assistant manager javon finally came out the back to help us. Food was food, but in my way out decided to get 1 apple turnover. There were 2 hot and ready and I waited 5 more minutes for someone to out a turnover in a bag and hand it to me... Multiple people walking back and forth... One girl was only worried about cleaning. I finally requested my money back , and still did not get a turnover. They were happier giving me my money back then giving me what I ordered to begin with. I've met the gm for this place, and he's a super nice guy, but maybe he should second guess the staff he has on hand. Being a manager in hospitality, this is not how it should have been handled.
