RIP OFF ALERT: I contracted Deryl Lipsey from Atlantic Construction and Roofing Company LLC, aka ACR, to replace a roof on my screen porch and repair a leak in the roof of my house. He said all his work was gauranteed, and he made sure the job was done correctly, with customer service his first priority. I paid $3800 total (after he upped the price in the middle of the job). The roof in my house leaked the very next rain in the same spot and the roof on the screen porch (which did not leak previously) leaked as well. He sent his ex-con worker back to fix it, and next time it rained, it leaked again in the same spot. After a total of comming out (3) times for the same repair, with the same results (roof still leaks in the same spot), and poor workmanship, sloopy attention to detail, Deryl informed me if I was not happy with his work, I should get another roofer, because he would not be comming back anymore. Now, I am stuck with a leaking roof, $3800 poorer, and have to go to the trouble of taking this sleezebag to small claims court.
