I went there today to support my mother at her Pre-Op appointment. They have the most unprofessional front staff we’ve ever experienced! If you’re the one handing the bill out and taking payment for said bill, you should be able to explain the charges on the bill. My mother was treated horribly when she asked a question about her bill. A question that if she wouldn’t have asked, they would’ve mad the mistake of overcharging her $160. My mother had been treated so poorly, by the front office, that she was ready to start completely over at another doctors office; after being in pain for a year. Being the front of the house means you are the face of the office and should remember that when dealing with patients, not gossiping amongst each-other while staring and making the patient feel unwelcome.
