I have been a chase account owner since high school. Ever since I’ve opened my account in 2009, I have always had an excellent experience at this branch. The tellers are super friendly and very knowledgeable. The account reps in cubicles have always been honest and always willing to help. The previous branch manager Carlo has always gone the extra mile with me and my family. I will definitely remain with Chase since I can’t find Customer Service nor account benefits as no overdraft fees for 24hrs if the amount is covered. Citi bank doesn’t have either.
