This is the worst place to bring your sick pet. They are not equipped to handle a ear infection for an animal and then lie about it. My baby almost died because of this place. Steer far away from this place with your beloved pet. Take them to a real vet, not this bad unprofessional unequipped clinic. They waste time and money, they should tell you that they aren't real vets that know what they are doing. They should tell you, that they are equipped for declawing and teeth cleanings and maybe shots, but nothing with an injury or illness for your pet. I so regret bringing my baby here. He has been very very sick and has a long recovery since bringing him here. And thousands of dollars to help my baby get better. Run, run as fast as you can from Banfield. Trust me...
