On three visits recently to Fernandina Beach (2015-17), Baxter's Restaurant has been the high point each time: Good food, good service, easy park, reasonable prices and a cozy, classy atmosphere. If only the owner had some pull with the weather gods to warm things up a bit, dry things off a tad and calm the winds in early spring (20 mph!), our next trip could be a ten.
