Good luck getting them to do anything for you if they become your HOA. I have spent 9 MONTHS trying to get my properties front door repaired and the front maybe 30 ft sq area painted. Talking with them its always the same thing" call you right back" or "I'll have someone get back to you."(never a call back) in the 9 months of trying to get this taken care of I have gotten 1 call back... I dont know how they run a business, but the flunk communications 101. Emailing them is useless as well. Good luck if you get stuck dealing with this company.
