I would give Dr Michael Sailers 4-5 stars by himself. He’s a wonderful doctor and absolutely takes his time with patients and listens to every concern. This review unfortunately is for Baycare Medical Group (Big Bend office) as a whole. Retrieving medical records/lab work has been an absolute nightmare. Do not expect prompt calls back with results. I have been waiting well over a month at this point just to receive blood work results. They have had my actual results for weeks, but never took it upon themselves to call and inform me (yes, their policy is a call whether something is found in the results or not). The medical assistant must provide them if done over the phone, and good luck reaching her. I will be literally having to drive to the office to retrieve blood work results! Do not go here if you value patient-doctor communication outside of appointments. If not receiving results without having to call and remind them repeatedly does not bother you, then this is the place for you. Cheers!
