The technicians are all absolutely lovely people; they work hard to make you comfortable and feel at ease during your laser treatments. They are always very observant for reactions or sensitivities to the treatment. As much as I do enjoy seeing the different technicians, I do wish I had the same tech more often (I've had four different techs) as I have to discuss my skin, hair, sensitivities, and target areas with each tech and it takes a bit of time. I have no complaints with any of the techs though, I have been satisfied with their care every time. I would say be wary of travel time as they do enforce a very strict lateness/cancellation policy. Regardless of reason (such as stuck behind an accident) or if you contacted them directly about it, the lateness/cancellation policy will still apply. I do completely understand late fees or last minute cancellation charges, but losing an entire treatment that has been paid upfront and in full is unreasonable. I live over 30 minutes away and my work location will vary, thus, with Tampa traffic, it is often an hour commute, so it is a pretty big concern and stressor that I will lose an entire treatment. If you live or work closer, I doubt it would be such a problem. I do think the treatments are absolutely worth it. I've had great results across all the major areas I've had treated (face, underarms, Brazilian, and legs) and have even added other areas to my treatments. Honestly, I could've been Chewbacca before the treatments so I am rather thrilled with my results thus far. If price is a concern, definitely ask about their specials/packages. They do tend to change every couple of months so keep an eye out for a deal that works for you! I found the pricing to be rather reasonable for the number of sessions and areas covered in the specials/packages offered.
