From reading other reviews, most people had issues with customer service. I've been to this store three times now and that's never been an issue for me. The 1 star is more aimed at the product I bought which was an AT&T SIM card to use while on holiday. I've been here for nearly 10 days now and I've already had 18 telemarketing calls all of a sudden come through (6 in one day! And mostly in the morning when I'm trying to sleep). Don't buy this product. I get that numbers are recycled but I've never had this issue in the UK.
