Big Tree Self Storage

The only good thing about this storage facility was, the friendly & helpful staff. We bought 3 units from Big Tree off an online auction not knowing the surprise we were in for. The photos looked very promising but when we arrived we quickly noticed that our units had been picked through, not to mention the fact that no where in the description of 2 out of 3 units was it made to be known that they were "loft units" 8 ft up, accessable only via a very unstable metal ladder. we will not return.
