Bob's Carpet & Flooring - Venice

Lee the manager came to our home assessed our needs. She and the staff at this store all worked together to come up with a carpet to meet our needs. They were wonderful and very caring. They were excellent to deal with and the installers were in and out in no time. Kudos to the manager and her support staff. Highly recommend this store location for your flooring needs.

DO NOT shop at Bob's Carpet Mart. This company has rude employees to start with, and they do not take back unused products like most other places do. What's even worse it that when THEY supply you with an INCORRECT product and you have to go buy something elsewhere to finish your project, they still won't allow returns. The product we purchased was a Mohawk brand so we anticipated decent quality, but that is not what we got. The hardwood laminate product was so cheap that the tabs would break and the flooring did not go together well at all and still has gaps in various places. The transition strips are made of plastic and bend easily and the strip does not stay in place. We were given square nose when we requested the t-molding and they would not allow us to return them. They provided the wrong product to start with and proceeded to tell me that the solution was to cut off the stair rail part of the transition strip as that is what their installers do. I can just imagine what that looks like! I will never allow one of our customers to go to this business to purchase flooring again; I would not recommend anyone shop there - you will regret it product wise or customer service wise. They could care less about your satisfaction! Stick to Lowes, Home Depot or even Lumber Liquidators. Forget about Bob!
