Good customer service, very slow shop service, one hour 50 minutes to install two front tires. Looking in the shop the techs were standing around talking to each other while my car was on the lift. I asked owner to have the tech to check rear tire pressure, he didn't until i asked him to. Balanced new tires with the stickers on then once bolted on car and on the floor, then he adjusted new tire pressure. All i can say is..."pack a lunch, you'll be there awhile "...
