Made an appointment and told the receptionists that I might have to cancel. I called 24 hours before the appointment and cancelled. The receptionists told me it was no problem. A week later, Dr. Markman sent me a bill in the mail for $50.00. I asked what the bill was for, and he told me it was because I cancelled. I explained that I called the receptionists in advance, who told me it was fine and that I wouldn't be charged. He refused and insisted to be paid $50.00 or it would be sent to collections. Obviously, I'd rather pay the $50.00 than deal with the headache on my credit. However, myself and 5 other family members all would use him for dentistry for the last 5 years. He just ended up losing 5 customers over a $50.00 B.S. charge. Obviously, a true idiot of a dentist who has no concept of common courtesy and cares only about immediate money. Don't expect his practice to be there much longer.
Dr. Markman is very professional and ethical in his business practices. I first went to him in 2014.
