If I could give less than 1 star I would. The dentist at the Titusville office was such a jerk! I didn't know parents were allowed back with their toddlers. Took my 3 year old there and they didn't tell us I couldn't go back until she was called. She didn't know so she cried most of the time back there. When she was done they called me back and when she got to me she was obviously scared and still crying. After we left she gave me the sticker she got and told me she didn't deserve it so I should have it. I asked her what she meant and was told that the dentis said "she was a bad girl and didn't deserve a toy from the basket, so she couldn't have one" the hygienists gave her a sticker since she couldn't have a toy..... and now they are going out of their way to not let me have her records to change to a new dentist. Thankfully I found one that is awesome and willing to redo X-rays without charging me, because they can't believe the experience we've had. NO customer appreciation. NO thought for the Children they're caring for. Terrible place!!!!
