Brooks Brothers

It is rather humorous to me when the employees at Brooks Brothers are unable to offer the same customer service as that of a fast food chain. It is very unfortunate that I will not be bringing my business to such a charade. If this business is expected to thrive or become profitable then I suggest the employees and management have a small chat. Otherwise their quick judgments will quickly ruin this specific Brooks Brothers reputation. -Alec Octave Smith

I have to say the service and experience left much to be desired. The staff were too busy chatting among themselves, we felt as though we were intruding by wanting to shop (we were the only people and this was a Saturday afternoon). My husband did get help but again the impression was that we were having to put this person out. The female was too busy getting ready to go on break, never greeted or acknowledge my presence - I even tried chatting a little with the men at behind the register while my husband was being measured (he had to ask) to help break the awkwardness. I walked back toward the Women's Dept - it appeared as though there was not a lot in stock, one shelf had one purse for sale, a shawl on the floor, items jumbled up on a shelf and not one person behind the register area or in the area to assist with trying anything on or answer any questions ... IS THIS LOCATION GOING OUT OF BUSINESS? We have had an account with BB for several years and this was our first experience at this BB location. We usually shop in Orlando, St. Augustine (best experience and service) or traveling if in need for a particular item but I will avoid this particular location in the future.
