There is no "service" provided. Just save your money and call an actual repair company. They will do nothing and make service call after service call. I'm still waiting (over 17 days and over two months from my original complaint call) to receive reimbursement for eventually having to pay out of pocket for a repair they could have done easily the first time. Worst company ever!!
