Buffalo Wild Wings

We were hesitant initially to try this location due to initial unfavorable reviews when they first opened. We decided to take a chance and see for ourselves...and we left extremely satisfied. The majority of our positive experience was not the taste and quality of the food,which was very good,but the level of service we received from Edgar. Our hats off to him for his exceptional attitude and attentiveness. We will definitely return and look forward to our next experience at this location.

First time we came as a group & the kitchen forgot half the food & it took over an hour to get the birthday girl & her daughter dinner. Took over an hour & us repeatedly going to find a manager & demanding they come deal with the situation before we found our waitress to find out how long the rest of the would take. Eventually the training manager from another location out of state showed up, fixed the issue & assured us it wouldn't happen again. Since then, multiple​ times at the bar the bartenders will barely ever acknowledge you much less check in during your meal, too busy texting & chatting with employees. It takes a consistent 10+ minutes to get a check & the bar staff averages closer to 20+ minutes to clear trash from tables & bar tops. By far the worst BWW I've been to across the country & has stayed this way for over 6 months. The food is the usual BWW as is the atmosphere. Empty glasses sit for 10+ minutes without being asked if I want a refill or offering to clear the trash.

The employees are super nice!!! The food it's quite expensive for a small serving.... it was good though....it's more of a appetizer place to me if you want a good meal it's not the place for you...
