My home was built in 2013 and termite treatment was applied (not by Bug Brigade). Now in 2018 it was time for my termite booster after 5 years. My brother-in-law referred me to Bug Brigade. From scheduling the "Free Inspection/Quote" with Crystal to the actual Termite Booster quote/application done by Josh. Bug Brigade set the bar for customer satisfaction. This was "stress free", like a "walk in the park". Outstanding Job !!! I highly recommend "Bug Brigade". Also, The Bug Brigade Termite Booster I received is good for 10 years not 5 years as my initial treatment was.

Very efficient, honest and responsive. I recommend them highly. Not the least expensive nor the most. You get what you pay for in this world and I feel I received a great value from Bug Brigade. I was especially impressed by the responsiveness and professionalism exhibited by Josh. He was courteous and professional in every aspect of our encounter.
