If I could rate this store "0" stars I would. Its no wonder this store in particular has hardly any customers at any given day or time. The manager Abel is extremely rude, unprofessional, and incompetent. He wanted to charge me to use my own gift cards. I had 4 gift cards totaling $20 but my order was only $16.83. He wanted to charge me .35¢ each in cash even though my order was under the amount. First he told me I couldn't use a gift card in the drive-in so when I came in then he said I was only suppose to use one gift card at a time. I told him that I was not going to pay him anything to use my gift cards which made no sense. I don't know what he was trying to do with the money he wanted to charge me but I was not going to pay him! So I left with no food because I refused to give away money that I didn't have to begin with. Once I checked my card balance it also stated that he had deduced the balance as well. So not only did was I almost get scammed by the Manager but he stole the balance from my card as well. I really needed those gift cards to buy my children food to eat until I get paid this week because we do not have any food in the house!!! For whatever reason you never know what a person is going thorough just stop and think before you mistreat anything or anyone. And most importantly treat people how you want to be treated.
