The structure is good, the dining area is usually clean, and the food is acceptable. However, the staff in general are loud, lacking in good manners, gossipy, and very judgmental. I know this because they are so loud and indiscreet about their conversations. They cannot help themselves from immediately reacting and conferring with each other when a "person of interest" steps up to the counter or pulls up to the drive thru. The food is not so good as to support this ongoing and distasteful behavior. Also, the ladies room needs regular and thorough cleaning. For years, this same dirt has been here.
