Campers Inn RV of Jacksonville

They get 1 star only because I can't give negative stars. Our camper was struck by lightning so we took it to Campers Inn for repairs. Short story is that they had it for 58 days, I had to get the corporate office "We Care" involved, who had to get 2 managers involved just to get repairs going, I had to contact the insurance co because our repair rep told me she wasn't getting any response- not true, she wasn't responding to their request for pictures, they ended up dropping our deductible because of the lies and how much I had to be involved to get the repairs started, they told us 3 times that it was ready to be picked up then called back each time to say they found something else that wasn't working properly. We finally got it back on day 58 and the next day found that the main control panel still wasn't repaired and the carbon monoxide detector was fried and not replaced. They had to order those parts and it took another 3 weeks, 3 phone calls, and another email to corporate office just to get those parts. To add insult to injury, we put a hold on a new camper the day we dropped ours off, with the agreement that we would see what happens with the damages before moving forward with the new purchase... they sold that new camper out from under us in less than 2 weeks and they hadn't even submitted the estimate for repairs on our camper. The sales manager told me "we can't hold a new camper for 2 months". No apology, no courtesy call or email to say they sold it, and then that rude comment when the only thing holding up the sale was THEIR repair department. We will NEVER return to Campers Inn for repairs or purchase. Best of luck if you decide to do "business" with this place.
