As a property manager, I have recommended Carpet Pros to several owners who were absolutely thrilled with the job that Mike and his people did putting down wood flooring in their places. Carpet Pros are diligent professionals who do a great job and stand by their work. As I type this, I've just recommended them to another owner who wants wood flooring.

After the carpet was laid by this company, beer cans were found in the trash. Which would explain why it wasn't completed. Tacks were still not "hammered" into the floor which cause a bad hole in my daughters foot. After my daughters father reached out to the owner to express his concern, he refused to come out and fix the issues. He told him, "just hammer them back in, just not too hard." Your workers did not complete the job and when they did it, they were drinking Keystone Light. Im sorry but I do not believe this is how you run a business.
