Cemex claims to have a zero tolerance for harassment which they do not follow in Cocoa, Florida. Human Resources Representative Blyth Jennings will do nothing about any situation you bring to her attention. She is a very uneducated HR rep, she has a I don't care attitude. Khan one of the trainers at Cemex also represents the company very poorly, he is very hostile and disrespectful. He yells at everyone using profanity and calling them names, he has even hit employees before. Jim McCarry claims to be a well experienced shop supervisor, who sleeps at his desk every day and claims it's because of sleep apnea, which is not the reason he falls asleep. He is a major alcoholic and is very unprofessional. I would not recommend a job at Cemex to anyone.
