Horrible experience and customer service FROM THE STORE MANAGER HIMSELF. We came in attempting to exchange some shoes for a smaller size. They ran me down $100.00 and some tax. The person we delt with was the store manager (short, middle aged, heavy set, black guy). He told us he wouldn't except our exchange.. even though we were within the 30 days. His excuse was because there was some dirt on the bottom of the shoes.. They were worn ONCE. All we wanted to do was downsize, and he refused us service. Now im out one hundred dollars, and some shoes that dont even fit me. The store manager himself was rude and disrespectful. No sympathy, no apologies, no discounts. He did absolutely nothing for us. As we walked away he happily greated his fellow associate. There is no excuse for piss poor customer service. Save your hard earned money, and go next door to FootLocker. Where they'll actually give you shoes that fit your feet. PS: i just wiped off the dirt.. its brand new clean..
