After finding nothing I liked at h&m, forever 21, jcpenny, marshalls, macys, old navy, and wet seal, I was so glad I walked in charlotte russe. They have a 60% sale now and tops starting at $5. Their clothing is pretty, colourful and in my size (thank god). I hate anything sheer or floral.
