Service was better in communist Russia and so was the food. If you want some stale garlic loaded meat and yellow Spanish rice out of box coupled with miserable waitress tossing it on the table without any service, you will find that and only that, mostly because tip is already included in the bill. Be prepared to be verbally abused by the waitresses and waiters alike, who otherwise pretend to be blind and deaf when anyone tries to get their attention. Since the tip is already included in the final bill so discretely, most people, especially after a few drinks, will manually write in a second tip and no even know it paying 30 or 40 per cent in addition to the bill. Shame!!! Shame!!!! Shame!!!
