So my roommate and I ordered from the 2 for 20 menu, and we order it online. Now, I have worked in the food industry both fine dining and fast food. The food we had from the carry out was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!! The food wasn't even hot or even warm when we picked up our food, what was worse was that we still had to wait for it when we got there! The only thing that I can say was warm from our order was the mac and cheese. The burghers, fries, everything was tasted as if it was already sitting out for 30 minutes, there was even congealed fat sitting in the corner of my roommates burger container!!! This makes me never want to order out from chili's again. That or this particular location needs some serious work, it was such a WAIST of MONEY!!!!
