Chili's Grill & Bar

What could have been an amazing dinner just turned out to be overall a good experience. For starters the chicken wings were perfectly done, just right but the 2 for 1 margaritas were watered down & would have been better if they came from the grocery store. Bartender took forever to take our order, even though it was a slow Wed at 9pm. My delicious Caribbean salad w/ shrimp was served on a piping hot plate which caused my lettuce to wilt. Not trying to sound sarcastic, the salad was one of the best I've ever had. The shrimp was cooked to perfection. My partner says his quesadilla was edible but nothing to brag about. The manager seemed nice & on top of things. We shared the bar w/ a nice local gentleman who had a knack for conversation. The restaurant, grounds & bathrooms were clean & nicely kept. Maybe they just had an off night so I'd def go there again. Just not impressed with the bartender gal last night.
