Make sure they have the hitch on the correct end in construction plan before they submit it to Safety Harbor! It creates problem for the company moving it in,if the hitch is on the wrong end. Citrus shouldn’t have made this mistake! Due to the hitch being on wrong end,the siding was put on wrong and the openings show as you look at my house from the street. Have been complaining about this and want it fixed!

Very customer oriented company. We are thrilled with our home and all little issues were and still are handled with smiles and great expertise. Very impressed with Jacobsen, Citrus Homes and Bahr, the subcontractor that built the carport, shed and screened the porch. Wonderful people to work with! Highly recommend them all!
