Terrible service!! Agent would not listen to us on offer. Basically wrote what he wanted and argued us on everything. Had no VA knowledge. Terrible communication. Bad contract writing and wanted us to sign with blanks. Also wanted earnest deposit before offer was agreed on. Be very cautious when considering this group. We have to start all over with very little trust in agents after this terrible experience.
