Complete Insurance Authority Group

I was looking to re-do my homeowners insurance policy and asked my friend for recommendation. She recommended CIAG. I called and spoke to the owner Larry, who was very professional, patient and kind. Reason why I say 'patient' is because I do ask a lot of questions when it comes to insuring my possessions. After talking to Larry, I realized that my old agency never informed me or educated me about certain things on my policy, such as 'other structures'. Apparently, I was way under-insured. I had an incident in which my pool pump broke down and since my husband I are travel overseas 2-3 months a year, we had no idea our pool pump stopped working and the water turned green. Larry recommended Universal Property and Casualty which covers equipment breakdown, which is perfect for someone like us. We also saved money on the policy and cannot be happier with this agency. I highly recommend them!
