Computer Outlet

This is the first review I have ever written. I give this place 1 star due to the fact that they still decided to charge me even though they could not diagnose what was wrong with my computer. I felt like the employee was not very knowledgeable at all due to several reasons. I wasted my time and money here and after calling around to different computer shops most of them are cheaper for a diagnosis. In conclusion, it is very wrong to charge someone for a service that you did not provide.
