These are poorly built. My water was reversed from cold to hot, master bedroom window was not properly installed. Drywall on the ceilings are not taped properly and you can see the tape peeling. Now the HOA is whole other story. There is absolutely no parking here if you have guests and they are constantly tagging and towing vehicles that are only here for short periods. Don't waste your money. I already have mine listed to sell.
