Absolutely terrible. My husband and I went to buy a mattress and bed and were treated like we were trash. The first sales rep completely ignored us and then as we were walking around and trying out the different mattresses, another rep rudely yelled at us without any desire to ask us for help or what we were looking for. I will never shop at this establishment again. Customer service is very important to me and I guess unless you look a certain way, the staff feels like it is ok to treat you like fodder. Unacceptable and rude!!!
